Mission and objective
VIDO sees itself as the point of contact for and representative of its members with respect to government, legislators and society. Our activities include making and maintaining contact with government and other sector associations. The associations core mission is to initiate and maintain guidelines for the proper processing of by-products that result from the manufacture of foodstuffs. Another objective for the association is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge relating to quality, legislation and regulations.
